We are looking for a Business Developer to join our team in Santiago, Chile. The
professional will be responsible for prospecting business opportunities for G4 Global
You may also have the opportunity to travel and relocate to other countries
according to your performance/results and career development plan. G4 is a multicultural
company that promotes diversity within the team worldwide.
● Prospect and identify business opportunities, develop potential contacts and
approach potential clients;
● Visit (face to face meetings) potential new clients (C-levels, directors, and HRs from
several industries) to present G4´s services – Recruitment, Market Mapping and
Assessment - and contribute to Sales workforce.
● Build a solid networking within G4´s relevant markets and expand sales activities;
● Bring new business opportunities and develop commercial proposals;
● Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, and
● Perform commercial activity visiting potential G4 new clients and presenting G4
● Increase the level of opportunities with current clients.
Education and experience required
● Bachelor’s Degree;
● Experience in Sales preferably in Consulting business;
● Experience in Recruitment business is a plus;
● Fluent English – Written and Spoken.
● Strong networking skills;
● International experience or in a multicultural environment is a plus;
