Director of Operations & Sales
Our client is looking for a Director of Operations & Sales to join their team in São Paulo, Brazil. The individual will focus on managing the operation, develop, and lead the sales strategy and execution targeting the Brazil market. The professional main responsibilities will be:
Report to CEO
Managing all sales operation generated from Brazil (multi-industry)
Generate new accounts in the region.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Liaise with superior to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals.
Oversees strategy for sales.
Work closely with sales leadership to establish sales competencies to ensure the attainment of skills, knowledge, tools, and processes required to be successful.
Reviews operations performance reports.
Education and experience required
Fluent English is required.
Experience in Sales by working with “C” level/Sr Executive-level contacts in these accounts
Experience in leading a large operation (over 1.000 employees under supervision)
Excellent customer interface skills – communication & ability to deliver a presentation, drive meetings.
Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment, work effectively under high pressure, growth mode. Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
