Job Description

Our client is looking for a Commercial Director to join their team in Belo Horizonte- MG, Brazil. The individual will focus on developing the existing commercial channels and expand the digital distribution channel focusing on online sales strategies and partnership development. The professional main responsibilities will be:

  • Lead the development of the commercial plan, resulting in a clear and well-structured strategy. The strategy must align the existing sales channels with digital platforms.

  • Take strategic decisions over resource allocation in the commercial area.

  • Translate financial information into insights and strategic procedures to support the goals and objectives of the company.

  • Support the development of digital marketing strategies, optimizing online channels.

  • Provide business insights to the financial department.

  • Work and collaborate with other departments, align the main objectives and managing the performance according to the progress.

  • Be the leader of the commercial team, developing professionals that seek a better understanding of the culture of the company and opportunities to develop the business.

Education and experience required

  • MBA desirable (or equivalent qualification).

  • Prior experience in the Financial Area. Digital marketing experience will be considered a differential

  • Solid Professional Experience in Commercial Area with a focus on B2B strategies.
