Our client is looking for a Commercial Director to join their team in Belo Horizonte- MG, Brazil. The individual will focus on developing the existing commercial channels and expand the digital distribution channel focusing on online sales strategies and partnership development. The professional main responsibilities will be:
Lead the development of the commercial plan, resulting in a clear and well-structured strategy. The strategy must align the existing sales channels with digital platforms.
Take strategic decisions over resource allocation in the commercial area.
Translate financial information into insights and strategic procedures to support the goals and objectives of the company.
Support the development of digital marketing strategies, optimizing online channels.
Provide business insights to the financial department.
Work and collaborate with other departments, align the main objectives and managing the performance according to the progress.
Be the leader of the commercial team, developing professionals that seek a better understanding of the culture of the company and opportunities to develop the business.

Education and experience required
MBA desirable (or equivalent qualification).
Prior experience in the Financial Area. Digital marketing experience will be considered a differential
