Human Resources Business Partner
Our client is looking for an HRBP to join their team in Madrid, Spain The individual will focus on providing a full range of human resources guidance and advisory support and services to our business units in Spain. The professional main responsibilities will be:
Support management with the implementation of the Performance Management Program
Support the implementation of organization changes
Support management with compensation and reward and recognition programs.
Provide support to various training programs and initiatives
Develop and improve the training programs for all the businesses lines
Develop and maintain positive relationships with external vendors.
Provide input into recruitment strategies and direct support in recruitment
Education and experience required
Demonstrates the ability to write and speak fluent English languages, in addition to fluency in Spanish.
Technical expertise in various HR and business disciplines e.g. OD, talent, resourcing/recruitment, reward, learning and training and development
Strong influencing and relationship-building skills and ability to establish credibility as a trusted advisor to the business
Demonstrated project management experience
Demonstrated coaching and advisory experience is essential
Detailed knowledge of theory, trends and progressive practices in HR
Experienced in a highly confidential environment
Experience in a multi-site operation is desirable.
