Job Description

Our client is looking for an HRBP to join their team in Madrid, Spain The individual will focus on providing a full range of human resources guidance and advisory support and services to our business units in Spain. The professional main responsibilities will be:

  • Support management with the implementation of the Performance Management Program

  • Support the implementation of organization changes

  • Support management with compensation and reward and recognition programs.

  • Provide support to various training programs and initiatives

  • Develop and improve the training programs for all the businesses lines

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with external vendors.

  • Provide input into recruitment strategies and direct support in recruitment

Education and experience required

  • Demonstrates the ability to write and speak fluent English languages, in addition to fluency in Spanish.

  • Technical expertise in various HR and business disciplines e.g. OD, talent, resourcing/recruitment, reward, learning and training and development

  • Strong influencing and relationship-building skills and ability to establish credibility as a trusted advisor to the business

  • Demonstrated project management experience

  • Demonstrated coaching and advisory experience is essential

  • Detailed knowledge of theory, trends and progressive practices in HR

  • Experienced in a highly confidential environment

  • Experience in a multi-site operation is desirable.
