HR Director – Latam
Our client is looking for an HR Director – Latam to join their team in São Paulo - SP, Brazil. The individual will focus on participating in People, Facilities and Payroll processes. The professional main responsibilities will be:
People team development: Guides, motivates and develops team members and ensures that they are in place and operating effectively to support business goals;
Active participation as a member of the executive Latam committee.
Global participation as Governance Group (People Governance Group)
Monitoring and definition of the KPIs of the three fronts
Implementation of the functional plan of the three fronts
Preparation, cascading and monitoring of OKRs of the three fronts
Strategic design of all People subsystems: Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Business Partnering, Comp & Ben, Engagement and Retention, Career, Payroll, Employer Communication
Definition, design, and performance at events
Strategic Outline of Facilities
Processes: Budget (from the fronts that manage and support the company process as a whole / HC), implementation of People tools, Comp. Review, Performance & Development.
Education and experience required
Business knowledge (vision of all areas of business vs. process)
