Job Description

The COO will be responsible for managing all hands-on operational aspects of the company while supporting the CEO + President in the aggressive and successful growth of the company.

  • Provide day-to-day leadership echoing the mission and core values

  • Grow a self-sustaining company

  • Drive the company to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow and business objectives

  • Establish internal and external processes and KPI’s for the business

  • Provide timely, accurate and complete reports on the operating condition of the company

  • Spearhead the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes

  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of the organization.

  • Ensure that company has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures to meet targets

  • Motivate and lead a high performance executive team; attract and recruit members of the executive team not currently in place

  • Foster a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company

  • Represent the brand with clients and business partners.

  • Develop, implement and monitor the company’s processes

  • Direct short-term and long-range planning and budget development to support strategic business goals.

  • Support personnel actions by ensuring all HR and related functions are properly performed

  • Assist in the protection of the organization by ensuring it is legally protected and by ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and policies

Education and experience required

  • 3-5 years of C-Level experience in either fashion, consumer products, or retail industries

  • Proven background in scaling business

  • MBA in Business, Marketing, or Administration is preferred

  • Up to date knowledge of leadership principles

  • Working knowledge of the industry and brand landscape

  • Excellent verbal, analytical, organizational, and written skills

  • Experience working with a team in a fast-paced setting
