HR Analyst - Generalist

We are looking for an HR Analyst to join our team at G4 RJ office (Ipanema) and support G4 local and global operations: Brazil - RJ and SP - and International offices (mainly US, London, Chile, Argentina, Peru, Colombia, Canada, and Italy) in all HR subsystems.
Manage the global payroll process for G4 global workforce contributing to process improvements and interfacing with external partners;
Support compensation analysis and strategy;
Execute global benefits administration and develop global projects in this area;
Support Talent Acquisition upon demand;
Develop and update HR controls;
Execute hiring and dismissal processes globally;
Ensure HR compliance for all operations;
Manage HR KPIs and reports;
Manage all employee relations matters;
Contribute with HR projects in the T&D area;
Develop and review global HR policies;
Manage the visa process for all G4’s internal demands;
Interface with the financial and legal department;
Build a relationship with key G4’s leadership/ internal stakeholders globally.
Education and experience required
Bachelor degree complete in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related fields;
Fluent English – written and spoken (the position has a global scope so it’s not flexible);
Spanish knowledge will be a plus;
Experience in HR area - At least in Payroll, Compensation and Benefits and Employee Relations;
Experience with international operations is a plus;
Good Excel and PowerPoint skills;
Analytical and multitask profile;
