Looking for a seasoned new business development financial advisor for the International Wealth Management Division for the Miami operations, covering LATAM countries market. The professional main responsibilities will be:
Develop and manage investment portfolio of international banking clients and provide a wide range of financial advice.
In addition, cross sell banking products and services consisting of credit and deposits.
Execute sales plans and strategies in order to ensure goals are consistently met.
Responsible to grow assets and revenues of High Net worth (HNW) individuals.
Grow and maintain a profitable client relationship portfolio (AUMs and ROA).
Execute sales and strategy plans in order to ensure goals are consistently met.
Conduct client suitability through proactive client engagement and development of financial plans and profiling.
Focuses on quality of assets; enhance cost efficient practices, maintain sound bank regulatory practices current (BSA/Compliance policies) and current Risk Management policies and NASD Best Practice.
Adept and diplomatic conflict resolution skills.
Leverage and coordinate with specialists and provide cross selling opportunities for clients.
Education and experience required
Requires strong interpersonal skills and knowledge of the financial and global investment markets.
Over 5 years’ experience in their respective market.
Travel required to respective market.
Must be fluent in Spanish and English; communicating verbally and in writing.
Ensures all documentation is up to date, complete and in compliance with all policies, regulations, laws and procedures.
Bachelor’s Degree (Business Management or related major)
Ability to read, write, and verbally communicate professionally and effectively with any/all business contacts – staff, members, vendors, boards, developers, etc.
Series 7, with 63 or 65, or 66 (combination of the 63 and 65) required or able to obtain within (3) months of hire.
Fluency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level and Bloomberg Screen Access.
