Our client is seeking an experienced Hotel Receptionist with luxury hospitality experience to join the team. The professional main responsibilities will be:
Be informative with guests, able to know all operating hours of the various services
To have full knowledge of rates and rates agreement
Answer all requests in a timely manner
Insert reservations in the system with all details provided
Organize all processes (cancellations or modifications)
Understand the reasoning behind a No-Shows guest
Answer the phone in a timely manner, a maximum of three ring tones or 10 seconds, in an appropriate way.
If the call has been on hold, this must not exceed 30 seconds.
For phone reservation requests, follow the current LHW standards checklist
Proactively investigate and identify possible preferences of each guest that allow us to recognize them and anticipate their needs in future states. Register these preferences in the system.
In addition to any other responsibility and activity delegated by the supervisor
Education and experience required
Portuguese and/or Spanish proficient
Reception and reservations / 6 months to 1 year
Experience in managing timeshare reservations or fracted properties
Experience in EXCEL and OUTLOOK
Ability to read, write, and verbally communicate professionally and effectively with any/all business contacts – staff, members, vendors, boards, developers, etc.
